Our Destination

To empower organizations, where people are att the very center, to be relevant and use their full potential in a meaningful and sustainable way.

A lot of attention has been given over the years of measuring organizational performance, but very little attention has been given to organizational potential. In management terms, when we think about our employees, our team members, even ourselves, we’re interested in not only how they currently perform – whether they meet their objectives – but also whether they have potential to grow and achieve even more. What if you knew your organization was only reaching 40% of its full potential? Wouldn’t that change the way you thought about strategy?

We believe in people and we believe in organizations. We want to help everyone to reach their full potential, but we must do this together – no individual can reach their full potential without support from their organization and no organization can reach its full potential without support from the people.

Our goal with Spryhouse is to help organizations, where people are at the very center, to find power and build capability to be relevant and use their full potential in a meaningful and sustainable way.

Where do we start?

To demystify what it means to be digitally mature and what sustainable growth capability is all about, and help organizations strengthen these qualities

During the past few years, we have been curious about and spent a lot of time identifying the organizational characteristics that are common to digitally maturing organizations that have succeeded in building long-term value, and healthy enduring growth. Our aim with SpryHouse is to suggest what organizations might do to cultivate, nurture and enhance these characteristics. Our purpose with Spryhouse is to demystify what it means to be digitally mature and what sustainable growth capability is all about, and to help organizations focus on the characteristics that contribute to this.​

The journey

To support your organization with courage, ability and tools to find out where you are going, where the organization is today and where it will have the biggest impact to start.

​​The key to getting started is not necessarily to do everything at once, but instead to begin knocking down the barriers to going digital and building growth capability. Once you begin to make progress, your company is likely to gain momentum, making subsequent efforts easier. Starting is often the hardest part of the process, and you will probably find that focusing on one area will empower other areas that are just waiting to move.

Today, however, we often have unclear or vague target images, we do not really know where we are today, and then it becomes difficult to know where to start!

Without answering these three questions, it is difficult to have a good strategy and make the necessary moves.

Our mission with SpryHouse is to give your organization courage, ability and tools to find out where you are going, where the organization is today and where it will have the biggest impact to start with.

We founded SpryHouse with the mission to help organizations to build their digital growth capability in a sustainable way, with a holistic approach and with people at the very center. With SpryHouse we have conceptualized a number of services and products from best practice in order to realize this mission.

I see myself as a democratic leader striving for balance between the two perspectives; co-worker and the organization. I believe in the possibility of bringing your whole self to work and creating a workplace where we co-workers feel good and can thrive. I am at my best when being a part of change and transformation processes.  

What we believe in

We believe that everything starts from an organizations real purpose. By defining the purpose, you receive an in-depth understanding of the “why” which is the basis for building an empathetic organization (embracing empathy for all involved; the planet, the society, employees, customers, partners etc.). And this is the key to the long-term success of any business today and in the future. ​

We believe that the best results are achieved by being responsive to an organization's current situation, culture and needs. However, it is also to challenge to see unseen problems and hidden opportunities and try new innovative ways to run and make business. To succeed is a great deal about courage, but at the same time having great respect from what is today in an organization!
